Paloform is an upscale Canadian fireplace-maker.
The British actor filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleging that the Toronto-based concrete firepit maker used his face on its website and Facebook page without permission.
Law refers to himself in the lawsuit as "one of the most recognized, highly regarded, critically acclaimed and commercially valuable motion picture actors in the world," according to the report.
