Teen Mom Jenelle Evans Could Spend Two Years In Jail After Heroin Bust


 After being arrested for assault and possession of heroin, the ‘Teen Mom’ will stand before a jury in July. Jenelle’s attorney reveals that if she is convicted, Jenelle could potentially face up to 25 months behind bars!
After admitting her heroin addiction on Facebook, Jenelle Evans was arrested on April 23 for heroin possession along with three other charges, including simple assault, sell and distribute, and simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance. On May 14, the 21-year-old appeared in a North Carolina court for a hearing involving the arrest.

“We are waiting for her to be indicted for a felony,”  Dustin Sullivan, Jenelle’s lawyer, tells RadarOnline.com. He adds, “If she is convicted the sentencing guidelines could be 25 months maximum.”

Jenelle is scheduled to appear in court again on July 1, and her lawyers tells RadarOnline.com that he expects the jury to indict her for the felony charges.
