Todd Harrell of "3 Doors Down" caused a Fatal Accident

3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell clipped a truck with his car speeding in Nashville, Tennessee, causing the other man's vehicle to strike a guardrail and flip over in an embankment. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt, and was pronounced dead at the hospital soon after.

After having difficulty in the field sobriety test, Harrell admitted to authorities that he had been drinking hard cider, and was also on the painkiller Lortab and Xanax. THEN, when he was being booked at jail, they found a bag in his sock that had MORE drugs, including Oxycodone and Oxymorphone.

He was charged with a DUI last year for hitting another vehicle with his car.

Now, he can add vehicular homicide and bringing controlled substances into jail on to that roster
.
He's being held on a $100,000 bond.
