Guilty of abusing her and their unborn child. Evans stood by Rogers' side when he was punished for two counts of assault in a North Carolina court where he has 24 months of probation.
"Courtland Rogers pleaded guilty to one count of assault on a female and one count of assault on an unborn child," Evans' attorney tells Radar Online. "He received a probation sentence of 24 months."
Evans filed charges against her husband after he allegedly hit her on Jan. 21. Days later, the MTV reality star suffered a miscarriage and lost their child. At the time, Rogers was arrested and brought to Brunswick County jail.
"Idc what is posted online. That was in the past and I'm completely sober now and doing much better. I'm focusing on my son and my marriage," Evans tweeted following Rogers' court hearing.
