Brittany Murphy was Poisoned to Death and Under Surveillance

Newsflash from your Hollywood Attorney:

Ever since her untimely death at the young age of 32, Brittany Murphy’s father Angelo Bertolotti has been claiming that his daughter was murdered. Brittany was found dead on December 20th 2009 and her husband, Simon Jack, was found dead just five months later on May 23rd 2010 – in the same bedroom and under the same circumstances. According to authorities, the cause of Brittany’s death was “pneumonia, anemia and a toxic cocktail of drugs”.

However, new tests conducted by independent Carlson Company laboratories have found that high amounts of ten heavy metals were found in Brittany’s system at the time of her death. The lab report even goes as far as stating there was “likely criminal intent”.

“Ten (10) of the heavy metals evaluated were detected at levels higher that the WHO [The World Health Organization] high levels. Testing the hair strand sample identified as  “back of the head” we have detected ten (10) heavy metals at levels above the WHO high levels recommendation. If we were to eliminate the possibility of a simultaneous accidental heavy metals exposure to the sample donor then the only logical explanation would be an exposure to these metals (toxins) administered by a third party perpetrator with likely criminal intent.”  - Examiner.com, Brittany Murphy did not die of natural causes, lab report shows

These new test results now lead observers to believe that Murphy was probably given rat poison or a similar product.

“Heavy metals are found in most rodenticides and insecticides meaning the actress could have been slipped rat poisoning or bug killer.

At the time of her death, Brittany displayed all the symptoms of heavy metal poisoning including: headaches, dizziness, abdominal cramps, coughing, sweating, disorientation, wheezing, congestion and pneumonia.

Mr Monjack also exhibited similar symptoms before his death, leading some to believe he too was poisoned.”

- Mail Online, Revealed: Brittany Murphy ‘was poisoned by government spooks in revenge for star’s support of whistleblower’, claims her grief-striken father

Brittany Murphy’s was mentioned a few times on Vigilant Citizen as her death is a classic case of  “mysterious celebrity death” surrounded by odd facts and strange symbolism.

According to her father and friend Julia Davis, Brittany was under constant surveillance by a “shadowy government organization”.

“In a recent interview with Los Angeles-based Fleur De Lis Film Studios, Mr Bertolotti said:  ‘They were, in fact, under surveillance, including helicopters. Their telephones were wiretapped, Brittany was afraid to go home, because of the sneak-and-peek incursions into their residence and other terror tactics she suffered after speaking out in support of Julia Davis and being named as a witness in her lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security.”

They believe that Brittany’s support for Julia Davis, a government whistle-blower, caused her to be a target of heavy surveillance.

“This included warrantless aerial surveillance with fixed-wing airplanes and Blackhawk helicopters, vehicular surveillance, OnStar tracking, Internet monitoring, wiretaps, warrantless searches and seizures and series of other outrageous, unwarranted retaliatory measures.”

Like most celebrities who lost their lives in strange circumstances, Brittany was described by mass media as a drug addict. The house she was living in was bought fully furnished from Britney Spears in 2003, a celebrity that is fully controlled and monitored by Hollywood handlers. Was this house “infiltrated”? Was Brittany Murphy living under the same circumstances as Britney Spears? Did she lose her life because she was breaking out of programming? Some of the truth appears to be slowly coming out.

US Taps German Phone and Internet Activities a Month by the Billions

( A general view of the large former monitoring base of the U.S. intelligence organization National Security Agency (NSA) in Bad Aibling south of Munich.)

US combs through half a billion of German phone calls, emails and text messages on a monthly basis and has classified its European ally on the same target level as China, a German news magazine revealed.

The NSA document leaked by whistle-blower Edward Snowden and published by Der Spiegel classified Germany as a “third-class” partner, on the same level as China, Iraq and Saudi Arabia, meaning that the US surveillance in Germany was stronger than in any other EU country.

"We can attack the signals of most foreign third-class partners, and we do it too," the document states.

It revealed that NSA monitors phone calls, text messages, emails and Internet chat contributions and has saved the meta-data (connections and not the content) at its headquarters.

NSA snooped through 20-60 million German phone connections and 10 million Internet data sets a day, Der Spiegel claims.

In comparison, US tapped around 2 million connection data a day in France.

The only countries exempt from the surveillance attacks were Canada, Australia, Britain and New Zealand.

Snowden’s documents already revealed that NSA had spied on EU, including Germany, but the extent of surveillance was not known.

Spiegel’s earlier report, which revealed that European citizens, employees of the EU diplomatic missions in Washington and the UN were under electronic surveillance from the NSA, was met with anger from EU policymakers.

Germany demanded an “immediate” US response over bugging allegations, adding that this kind of surveillance was reminiscent of the Cold War.

"It must ultimately be immediately and extensively explained by the American side whether media reports about completely disproportionate tapping measures by the US in the EU are accurate or not," Minister of Justice Sabine Leutheusser-Schnarrenberger said in a statement.

The president of the European parliament has also demanded an explanation from US authorities over the latest revelation.

“I am deeply worried and shocked about the allegations of US authorities spying on EU offices,” said Martin Schulz. “If the allegations prove to be true, it would be an extremely serious matter which will have a severe impact on EU-US relations.”

The whistleblower behind the leaked documents, Snowden, has left US for Hong Kong in May and currently remains in the transit area of Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport while Ecuador reviews his asylum request.

FBI Director Admits Domestic use of Drones for Surveillance

The FBI uses drones for domestic surveillance purposes, the head of the agency told Congress early Wednesday.

Robert Mueller, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, confirmed to lawmakers that the FBI owns several unmanned aerial vehicles, but has not adopted any strict policies or guidelines yet to govern the use of the controversial aircraft.
“Does the FBI use drones for surveillance on US soil?” Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) asked Mr Mueller during an oversight hearing on Capitol Hill Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

“Yes,” Mueller responded bluntly, adding that the FBI’s operation of drones is “very seldom.”

Asked by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-California) to elaborate, Mueller added, “It’s very seldom used and generally used in a particular incident where you need the capability.” Earlier in the morning, however, Mueller said that the agency was only now working to establish set rules for the drone program.

Mueller began answering questions just after 10 a.m. EDT. He briefly touched on the recently exposed NSA surveillance program that has marred the reputation of the United States intelligence community. Mueller said 22 agents have access to a vast surveillance database, including 20 analysts and two overseers.

When Sen. Al Franken (D-Minnesota) asked Mueller later in the morning if he’d consider being more open about the FBI’s surveillance methods, the director expressed reluctance to be more transparent. Mueller said the FBI has and will continue to weigh the possibility of publishing more information about its spy habits, but warned that doing so would be to the advantage of America’s enemies.

“There is a price to be paid for that transparency,” Mueller said. “I certainly think it would be educating our adversaries as to what our capabilities are.”

Activist's are Filing lawsuits Over NSA Surveillance

A conservative activist has filed a lawsuit against U.S. President Barack Obama, the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. National Security Agency after news reports that the NSA has been collecting the phone records of a large number of Verizon Communications customers.

A British newspaper ,the Guardian, reported Wednesday that the NSA, with authorization from the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, has been collecting the phone records of a large number of Verizon customers.

On Thursday, the Guardian and the Washington Post reported that the NSA and the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation also have access to servers at Google, Facebook, Microsoft and other major providers of Internet services, collecting audio, video, email and other content for surveillance. Some of the companies denied that the NSA and FBI have access to their servers.

Larry Klayman, the founder of watchdog websites Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch and a former DOJ prosecutor, filed the lawsuit Friday in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, he said in a statement on the Freedom Watch site.

Also named as defendants in the lawsuit are U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, NSA Director Keith Alexander, Verizon, and Roger Vinson, the judge who signed the order allowing the surveillance.

Reasons for the the lawsuits....
“Here, there is no doubt that this massive illegal seizure had to be authorized and approved at the highest levels of the executive branch, which necessarily leads to the president, attorney general, and the director of the NSA,” Klayman said on the website. “These violations of free speech, prohibitions against unreasonable search and seizure, and due process rights are unprecedented in American history.”

The surveillance violates the First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, Klayman alleged.

The programs raise questions about the independence of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which approved the collection of phone records, he added.

“It would appear that Obama and his government yes men know no constitutional bounds, and the courts are no longer independent such that they will protect American citizens from this tyranny,” Klayman said.

Presidents Responce...
Obama said he welcomes a national debate about NSA eavesdropping. The U.S. needs to “strike a balance” between privacy and security, he said. “I think it’s important that the American people understand that there are some tradeoffs involved,” he said.
