"Alec Baldwin's" Stalker Canadian Actress "Genevieve Sabourin" Found Guilty

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Robert Mandelbaum issued the verdict Thursday, finding Genevieve Sabourin guilty of stalking, attempted aggravated harassment, harassment and attempted contempt of court.

The judge sentenced Sabourin to six months in jail. That’s on top of 30 days she already received for disrupting court proceedings.

“It was nightmarish,” he said. “No matter what was said to her, she kept coming. More emails, More phone calls. She was desperate.”

“You’re lying!” Sabourin shouted as he testified on Tuesday. “You delete women after you have sex with them.”

Then Sabourin showed up at a film screening he was hosting and at his Hamptons and Manhattan homes. She was arrested outside his apartment building in April 2012. A doorman testified that Sabourin was angry that Baldwin did not want to see her.

Sabourin, however, said the actor invited her to New York in 2010, took her on a dream date that ended in an amorous night filled with promises for the future, and then dropped her.

Ashley Tisdale Appeared in Court for Restraining Order Against a Stalker

Ashley Tisdale appeared in an L.A. courtroom Wednesday to personally beg the court for a permanent restraining order against her alleged stalker ... and the judge has granted her wish.

Nicholas Fiore has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Tisdale and her boyfriend for the next THREE YEARS ... after allegedly threatening the "High School Musical" star -- and bombarding her with more than 18,000 tweets.

Tisdale told the judge she does not know Fiore personally ... and does not consider him a friend ... but said, "I know that he's been tweeting me and has come to my house several times."

Tisdale says Fiore recently violated the temporary restraining order that was already in place by sending her tweets ... when he had been ordered to restrain from all contact, including Twitter.

Fiore did not appear in court -- he's currently being held at L.A. Men's Central Jail ... where he's been in custody since he was arrested for felony stalking.

As part of the restraining order, Fiore is not allowed to possess a firearm -- and the judge ruled that if Fiore currently owns a gun, he must surrender it within 24 hours of his release from jail.

Hugh Jackman's Stalker Charged in New York

It was a hair-raising experience for actor Hugh Jackman at a New York City gym.

Radio station 1010 WINS says Jackman was working out in a gym Saturday morning in Manhattan's West Village neighborhood when a woman rushed in, crying and shouting that she loved him.

The "X-Men" star told the radio station on Sunday that the run-in was frightening.

Police say 47-year-old Kathleen Thurston pulled out a razor filled with hair and threw it at him, then fled and was arrested several blocks from the gym. Jackman wasn't hurt.

Thurston is charged with stalking and awaits arraignment. It's unclear whether she has a lawyer.
Police say she has gone near the Hugh Jackman and his family before.
