Stephen Baldwin's attorney has said will likely avoid any jail time for the actor in failing to pay more than $350k in back taxes and penalties.
Baldwin was accused in income taxes for 2008, 2009 and 2010.
His attorney, Russell Yankwitt also said he will not be incarcerated and will pay back what he owes.
