Famed Actor Park Shi Hoo, was Blackmailed by a Korean Gang as they Admit with False Sexual Assault Charges.

In the wake of all sexual assault charges being dropped against actor Park Shi Hoo, a gang of blackmailers in South Korea have confessed to seducing victims and then threatening to falsely accuse them of rape.

A typical victim is thirty-one year old Mr. Lim, who went out for drinks with a friend last New Year’s Eve. At the bar, they met a woman who joined their table. Mr. Lim ended up spending the night with the woman, known as Ms. Jeon. According to Ms. Jeon’s confession, she then falsely accused Mr. Lim of rape, demanding the equivalent of $5,400 USD in compensation. Mr. Lim paid, but subsequently Ms. Jeon asked for $90,000 USD more, threatening to go to the police if he didn’t pay.

Mr. Lim suffered a brain hemorrhage on January 13th, and some are speculating that his condition was worsened by the stress of being falsely accused of such a serious crime. Although Ms. Jeon has confessed, Mr. Lim currently remains unconscious in the hospital. According to police, Ms. Jeon wasn’t an independent operator, but rather part of a criminal gang’s “honeypot” shakedown operation. On May 20th, five suspects were arrested, charged with using sex to lure victims and blackmail them for money and valuables. Of the five, three were women. Police say the group is suspected of bilking three victims out of almost $40,000 USD. All of the victims were either friends or at least knew the suspects.

The gang carried through with their blackmail threats on at least one victim, fifty-eight year old Mr. Jeong, who was reported to the police and accused of rape after he refused to pay the demanded amount of $63,000 USD. According to police, the group planned their threats ahead of time using disposable cell phones to communicate. Police announced that they are expanding their investigation to other “honeypot” operations, warning that “since targets of this crime can suffer greatly, even losing their families, we advise extreme caution.” What is equally if not more disturbing, false reports of sexual assault can cast doubt on the testimony of true victims.

Another Legal Counsel added to Park Shi Hoo's Case

Park Shi Hoo has appointed yet another law official to defend him in the lawsuit on sexual assault. It has been reported that numerous legal officials, including the Hwang Mok Park firm, expressed interest in the case and wanted to help defend the actor.

The Hwang Mok Park team, the newest addition to Park Shi Hoo’s legal team alongside Law Firm Purme, commented, “The lawyer will be a part of the team of detectives under the representative lawyer, Kim Jin Hwan. Detailed information will be released later on.”

Meanwhile, Park Shi Hoo is still working through the aftermath of his indictment for sexual assault, and he has been removed as a candidate for Baeksang Arts Awards.

But plaintive has tried to do this with another Star.
[Warning: The following contains crude language taken from Trainee A's text messages]

“B,” known as Trainee A’s friend in the sexual assault charges against actor Park Shi Hoo, claims that she was manipulated by Trainee A, whom she’d considered a close friend and revealed the truths behind her involvement in the case.

Immediately following the alleged incident, “B” sent various messages to Trainee A, including “Park Shi Hoo’s former management company’s CEO and I are thinking of how to f— him over” and “Park Shi Hoo is going to get on his knees and beg, so just wait for it. In the meantime go to the police,” as well as “I planned the whole thing with Park Shi Hoo’s former management company’s CEO,” “Ask him for money and we’ll split it.” For this Park has filed a lawsuit against “B” for defamation of character.

When questioned about her involvement in the case, “B” replied “[Trainee A] and I have been close friends for about 6 months and because we were so close we confided in each other for a lot of things,” adding that “then out of nowhere on the 15th, that close friend told me she had been raped. I had been involved in a similar situation in the past so I did everything I could to help her.”

“B” continued that “At first she told me she ‘thinks’ she may have been raped so I tried to help her but I later found out that what she’d told me and what had actually happened were completely different,” and explained that “I was also manipulated by [Trainee A]. She used my motives against me and made me out to be someone I’m not and now Park Shi Hoo has filed a lawsuit against me. I thought that if I stayed quiet both Park Shi Hoo and I could potentially get more tangled up in this case so I wanted to speak out.”

Additionally, “B” added that “I was told that [Trainee A] ran out of the house as soon as she woke up naked and realized that she’d been raped when in reality she left around 3 in the afternoon after she exchanged phone numbers with Park and left his place on good terms with him.” She also stated that “She said she had an intense fight with [Park Shi Hoo's friend] Kim via Kakao Talk, but the chat revealed in the media show that they had a very friendly conversation. He even invited her out to go to the clubs. She told me a lot of things that were different than what really happened.”

B recalled some of Trainee A’s comment such as “He doesn’t taste good,” and “He only calls me when he wants to f—,” that she said on the same day of the alleged incident and realizes “based on those comments she made so nonchalantly, I realized that she could have been lying to me.”

Lastly, “B” included these details in a formal statement she wrote and handed it over to Park’s lawyers and added “I didn’t mean for all this to happen and things have gotten so complicated I just want to die.” B added, “I deeply regret everything but I just want people to know I was also a victim.”

Park Si Hoo’s Lawyer & Police Accuses News Sources of Spreading False Information

Park Shi Hoo’s legal team is reminding fans to not believe everything you read, and accused news organizations of sloppy reporting. Inflammatory headlines stating that Park Shi Hoo had lied on every question on his polygraph test were published hours ago, widely circulated, and then swiftly refuted, with major news sites that had previously linked to the false articles removing the links.

Soon, Park Si Hoo’s lawyer accused the sources of spreading false information. He said that “the recent report that Park Si Hoo’s polygraph came out all false isn’t true. They misunderstood how the polygraph process works.”

A spokesperson of Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency also claims that what was said regarding the polygraph test “isn’t our official announcement, and we don’t know who said such a thing.” He also added that “it’s ridiculous to decide whether someone’s guilty or not based on polygraph.”

His fans have been extremely supportive.

Park Shi Hoo Sues Trainee A, Her Friend “B,” and Former Management Company for Blackmail

Park Shi Hoo, currently being investigated for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman known as Trainee A, is suing Trainee A, Trainee A’s friend known as “B”, and the CEO of Park’s former management company Eyagi Entertainment known as Hwang.

According to Park’s legal team at Purme Law, a lawsuit was filed against the three for false accusations, blackmail, and defamation of character.

Trainee A previously filed a lawsuit against Park on the 18th for allegedly assaulting her while she was unconscious on the 14th.

However, Park denied the claims stating that “There was mutual interest as man and woman. All relations were consensual and force was not used.”

On the first, Park was summoned for questioning and left the police station nearly 10 hours later. On that day Park stated two times that he “will reveal the truth” and emphasized his innocence.

There was a plot: Trainee A Plotted With Friend Against Park Shi Hoo. In the midst of this battle, there have been twists and turns following the publication of Kim’s Kakao Talk chat with Trainee A and the messages that were exchanged between Trainee A and her friend B. UPDATE: 3rd party comes forward in ParkShiHoo sexual assault case

A third party has stepped forward to speak about the night that led to Park Shi Hoo being indicted for sexual assault against a 22 year old aspiring idol known as Trainee A. An actor who is being called Person B revealed that he was at the bar with Park Shi Hoo and Trainee A, and also was the one who facilitated the meeting. Multiple eyewitnesses, including security cameras and the owner of the bar, came forward with testimony and released statements regarding the situation at hand.

According to the police who are investigating this matter, the security camera at the bar captured Park Shi Hoo paying the bill before he headed out. The clips also included A being escorted by Park Shi Hoo. The owner of the bar said that A did not seem too drunk and she was able to walk out of the room and walk down the stairs herself, and Park Shi Hoo was only escorting her if she stumbled. However, other security cameras captured A being carried by B to the elevator as they headed towards the parking lot. The three then went to Park Shi Hoo’s house. Person B, who claimed that he did not drink due to a minor surgery prior to the event, drove the group.

Eyewitnesses from the bar say that A did not appear to them to be as drunk as she claimed. They said, “there are a lot of stairs here, so how can she have gone down if she was drunk? Park Shi Hoo escorted her so she wouldn’t fall.” The eyewitness, who claimed to be at the bar while Park Shi Hoo and the woman were drinking, said that Park Shi Hoo did not drink much. Park Shi Hoo has said publicly on multiple occasions that he has a low tolerance for alcohol.

Park Shi Hoo stands by his statement that the two parties shared mutual interests, and that nothing that happened that night was forced. The indicted actor also said that he is not embarrassed about what had happened, and said he will comply with the investigation truthfully while opening up about everything that happened.

There are two dominant stances amongst the netizens regarding the scandal. While one group claims that Park Shi Hoo is in the wrong no matter what for having a one-night-stand, the other group is claiming that this is all just a publicity stunt for the trainee to get some money and “fame.” What are your thoughts?
