Hulk Hogan has claimed the Florida clinic performed unnecessary surgeries that messed up his back ... and now he wants more than $50 MILLION in damages, brother.
Hogan filed the suit in Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Court, claiming he was "the victim of multiple unnecessary endoscopic surgical procedures that further destabilized his already existing injured back."
Hogan claims the "negligent conduct" of the clinic had a devastating impact on his career.
