Ashley Tisdale Appeared in Court for Restraining Order Against a Stalker

Ashley Tisdale appeared in an L.A. courtroom Wednesday to personally beg the court for a permanent restraining order against her alleged stalker ... and the judge has granted her wish.

Nicholas Fiore has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Tisdale and her boyfriend for the next THREE YEARS ... after allegedly threatening the "High School Musical" star -- and bombarding her with more than 18,000 tweets.

Tisdale told the judge she does not know Fiore personally ... and does not consider him a friend ... but said, "I know that he's been tweeting me and has come to my house several times."

Tisdale says Fiore recently violated the temporary restraining order that was already in place by sending her tweets ... when he had been ordered to restrain from all contact, including Twitter.

Fiore did not appear in court -- he's currently being held at L.A. Men's Central Jail ... where he's been in custody since he was arrested for felony stalking.

As part of the restraining order, Fiore is not allowed to possess a firearm -- and the judge ruled that if Fiore currently owns a gun, he must surrender it within 24 hours of his release from jail.

Back in Jail Again for Edward Furlong of Terminator2

He only just left jail following an early release from a six month sentence, but Edward Furlong was once again back behind bars on Friday.

The Terminator star was arrested after allegedly having an altercation his former girlfriend and violating the terms of an apprehended violence order and his probation.

TMZ reports deputies from the West Hollywood Sheriffs Department were called to the actor's former partner's home in West Hollywood, California, on Thursday night.

The pair reportedly had a verbal altercation after the 35-year-old allegedly violated the woman's apprehended violence order and showed up at her home.

Police found the actor hiding under his ex's stairwell.

He was arrested just before 7pm and charged with a Felony violation of the order.

The troubled actor remains in jail at the West Hollywood Sheriffs Department and is being held on a $100,000 bond.

Just two weeks ago on April 27, the actor plead pleaded not guilty to domestic battery that allegedly occurred last year at Los Angeles International Airport.

The actor, who rose to fame when he played young John Connor in the sci-fi sequel to the original Terminator, is accused of getting into a violent argument with girlfriend Monica Keena - believed to be the same women involved in his most recent arrest -  at the airport on October 30.

He was also arrested again in West Hollywood in January for alleged domestic battery as well as a warrant for felony domestic violence.

Edward was only recently released from jail after he was sentenced to six months in jail for violating his probation in a 2010 case.

The Terminator 2 star was accused of disobeying the terms of his sentence for his domestic violence case after he was convicted of violating a restraining order.

The 35-year-old actor has been the subject of restraining orders filed by both his ex-wife and an ex-girlfriend.

In March Superior Court Judge Dennis Mulcahy asked officials not to release the actor early or give him credit for time served.

However, despite late May being flagged as the earliest possible release he was allowed out of jail even earlier.

Edward has previously refused to go to drug rehabilitation even as a way to avoid jail.

Man arrested for violating Trump restraining order

 A man was being held without bond in South Florida Wednesday after authorities said he violated a restraining order to stay away from one of Donald Trump's daughters.

Doral police arrested John Eugene Enabnit at a hotel Monday. He was being held at a Miami-Dade County jail on a charge of violating a restraining order issued by a New York court.

Enabnit was trying to get into a media area with someone else's credential, which was not valid on that particular day, Blom said. A security guard confiscated the credential and asked Doral police to assist in escorting Enabnit off the grounds.

One of the Doral officers later recognized Enabnit on a New York Police Department flier that had been distributed to resort security but not to local police. The flier said Enabnit had been stalking Ivanka Trump and that he would be violating the restraining order because the resort is considered her place of business, Blom said.

Police tracked Enabnit to his hotel Monday.

"He said he had been trying to get in touch with Ivanka and see her and court her," Blom said. "He admits he was on the grounds and he admits he was looking for her."

Calvin Klein's EX 'Mob Wife' Threatened to Kill Me w/ A Screwdriver

Calvin Klein's ex-boy toy Nick Gruber says he fears for his life ... after a star of "Mob Wives: Chicago" allegedly threatened to kill him with a screwdriver

23-year-old Nick requested a restraining order against "Mob Wife" Nora Schweihs in Los Angeles Superior Court on January 22.

In the docs, Nick says he and Nora have been living together for two months -- they share the same entertainment manager -- but things have taken a turn for the worse.

Specifically Nick claims Nora is "psychotic" ... drinks heavily ... stole his $10,000 Rolex ... threatened to sic her mob connections on him -- and threatened to kill Nick herself with a screwdriver.

In the docs, Nick says, "I am afraid for my life. She is hostile and I am afraid if she doesn't leave she might do something terrible to me."

Nick is asking that Nora be kept at least 100 yards away from him and his home at all times.

A hearing is set for Feb. 5th. A judge has ordered Nora not to harass, attack or threaten Nick until then.
