OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IS CONSIDERING FEDERALLY PROSECUTING GEORGE ZIMMERMAN!

Newsflash from your Hollywood Attorney:

According to conservative political pundit, Debbie Schlussel, the Obama Administration is considering prosecuting George Zimmerman in federal court, if the FL jury of his peers returns a not guilty verdict!

Just in case you’re thinking that there’s no way that even Barack Hussein Obama or Eric Holder could get away with prosecuting an exonerated man for the same crime twice – think again!

The Constitutional principle of double jeopardy literally only forbids the government from trying a man for the same crime twice with the same exact charge.

If Barack Obama and Eric Holder sought federal prosecution, they could charge Mr. Zimmerman with violating Trayvon’s Martin’s civil rights.

The Obama Administration could allege that Zimmerman’s initial pursuit was racial profiling, and thus, prosecution for the fight that took place, which ended in Trayvon’s death, becomes a civil rights issue.

Only time will tell if the Obama Administration is capable of the kind of animus that’s necessary to expend precious federal resources pursuing one private citizen for an incident that FL law enforcement barely found worthy of arrest, let alone trial.
