Lee Yi Kyung was caught for drunk driving near his apartment building. As a consequence, the future of his role on Nine: Nine Time Travels was under serious reconsideration.
However, after thinking deeply about it, the producers of Nine: Nine Time Travels made the decision to keep the young actor on the show.
The staff said Lee Yi Kyung is reflecting on his actions and it is also too late to cast a new actor to replace him.
Lee Yi Kyung was in the movie "One Night and Two Days" and TV Drama "School 2013"besides "Nine: Nine Time Travels".

2AM‘s Singer Jo Kwon revealed that actor Lee Yi Kyung had saved his life from gas poisoning. He said, “It was an accident that occurred while I was resting in the car. I was able to get a grip of myself because of a coincidental phone call from Lee Yi Kyung. He saved my life. Thankfully, there’s nothing wrong with me right now.”
