Mick Brown -- the guy who bangs drums for Ted Nugent -- will pay dearly for his joyride through a Maine town on a golf cart this summer ... TMZ has learned, he was ordered to cough up $1,000 in fines over the incident.
Brown pled "guilty" to OWI today in Maine, stemming from his arrest in July -- when he hijacked a golf cart from backstage after a show ... and led police on a low-speed chase through a nearby town. His driver's license was also suspended for 90 days.
The other charges -- assault, theft by unauthorized use of property, and driving to endanger -- were all dismissed.
