NFL linebacker Josh Brent was arrested on Dec. 8 on charges of intoxication manslaughter involving a car accident where a teammate died.

Josh Brent and a Dallas Cowboys team member of the practice squad, Jerry Brown, were allegedly involved in a car accident at 2:30AM where Jerry was killed.

The report adds that Josh was booked on a second degree felony charge at 4:14 AM and is currently being held without bail.
