The 43-year-old R & B singer was booked at Van Nuys Jail after being arrested when he refused a field sobriety test at Ventura Boulevard and Corbin Avenue, ABC station KABC reported.
Brown’s arrest in Tarzana, Calif., overnight marks his second in the San Fernando Valley district this year. In March, a judge sentenced him to an alcohol treatment program, probation and a fine after he pleaded no contest to a DUI charge one month after his ex Whitney Houston died.
